What the Therapy → Training Session Includes

This is a guided, intentional experience—not a workout and not a standard appointment.

 

Step 1: Neurodynamic Reset with Dr. Smith

Your session begins with hands-on care designed to help your nervous system and joints feel safe, organized, and responsive again.

This may include:

  • Joint adjustments and mobility work

  • Soft tissue techniques

  • Nervous system regulation

The goal:
Restore alignment, reduce noise, and prepare your system for load.

 

Step 2: Foundational Rebuild with an AIM Personal Trainer

Immediately after, you transition into purposeful movement—guided by one of our expert trainers.

This isn’t about intensity or sweat for the sake of it.

It’s about:

  • Rebuilding strength around newly restored movement

  • Adding control before adding intensity

  • Introducing challenge without chaos

The goal:
Teach your body how to keep what therapy restored.
