Before she became a doctor, she was a Division I (Penn State University) and professional athlete (Vancouver Whitecaps) who competed at the highest level of sport.  She knew firsthand what it means to train hard, move with purpose—and recover the right way.

That drive didn’t stop when she stepped off the field. It evolved.

Today, she brings that same level of intensity, intelligence, and intentionality to every person she works with—whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone just trying to feel better in your body.

As a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced certifications in:

  • Functional Movement Systems (FMS Level I & II)

  • ✅ Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)

  • ✅ Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor (RKC)
