AIM Membership Policy
1. Billing
All memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, ACH, and HSA/FSA cards.
2. Cancellations & Holds
Memberships renew automatically unless canceled 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Pauses are allowed for vacations, medical reasons, or injuries for up to 60 days per year with written notice.
Memberships cannot be transferred or shared unless otherwise stated (Family & Friends Bundle exception applies).
3. Guest Passes
Each member is entitled to one guest pass per month, which must be used during the same month and accompanied by the member.
4. Discounts
Public Members receive ongoing access to member-only rates and discounts.
Membership pricing may be updated periodically with advance notice.
5. Membership Changes
You may change to any other type of membership at any renewal time.
6. Missed Sessions
Missed appointments are subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
Repeated missed sessions may result in forfeiting that visit.
Numerous offenses of missed sessions can result in termination of the membership.
7. Communication
Updates, schedule changes, and exclusive member offers are communicated via email and/or text.
Members are encouraged to keep their contact information up to date.
