This program focuses on improved functionality to ensure improved athletism for your activity and sport of choice. They focus on all aspects of physical performance enhancement. They are meant to increase output all while maintaining the integrity of our structure. Of a 7-day week, the 4 workout programs are best utilized every other day. Allowing days in between to be either be strict running, your particular sport/activity, or a full rest day. Be sure to allow 1-2 rest days in a 7-day training week. Remember that rest days can include walks, stretching/yoga, or anything light and easy on your joints and body.
