Kyle

"Basically a Doctor"

If you’re looking for the full package when it comes to training, Kyle has an unmatched ability to specialize workouts geared towards your needs and goals.  As a former military member as well as a trainer for the military, Kyle brings confidence, discipline, and variety to your workouts.  Born in Atlanta and raised in Dallas, GA, Kyle graduated from Paulding County High School in 2008, Kyle then joined the Army in 2009 and served as a military police officer making the rank of Staff Sergeant till 2015.   He also led battalion and company physical training programs for more than 150-400 soldiers. In 2016 Kyle extended his experience and training knowledge by obtaining his certification with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as a certified personal trainer. In 2018 received my Youth level Certification from ISSA.

"Top Gun"

James commands the room with his positive energy, his clear and present techniques for training all ages and activity levels, and has the bulls-eye approach for your strength and condition needs!

 

James' specialty focuses on the art and execution of Powerlifting along with Body Recomposition training tactics! The latter definitely goes hand-in-hand with his fully accredited Nutrition Certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 

His knowledge in connecting your physiology with your personalized training protocol exceeds expectations. James' unrelenting work ethic and desire to help each of his clients mirrors his experiences and service with our very own The United States Air Force - thank you James for your services!

Mardae Weaver

"Fitness Whisperer"

Coming from the beautiful land of Tennesse is our very own, Mardea Weaver! Also known as the Personal Trainer "Whisper". His uncanny methods at training the body will leave you speechless as his techniques and protocols also encompass a thorough experience beyond the workouts.

 

Mardae played football starting at the age of 6 and played all the way through college. That skill set and experience helped pave the way to our office, which he currently is also sponsored and highly involved with Spartan Races. (Earmuffs kiddos...) Yeah, what a bad a*$*!!! But, it's not about that title, it's about the "why" behind his mission and passion behind training his clients and participating in such a challenging event.

 

Mardae stole our hearts with his desire and fulfillment in seeing your 'everyday" Joe and Jane overcome, seemingly physical challenges when, in actuality, overcoming something so much greater and impacting their life. Training with Mardae becomes an experience beyond your own expectations in physical fitness.

Andy

"Last Dance Andy"

Like Mike, Andy "Last Dance" Rodman, also will leave a lasting impression on and off the basketball court.

 

Andy brings to AIM C&F the where-with-all of small group training for improving and educating our young athletes' skills in athletic and functional movements. Andy's passion is clear in the future of our planet. He believes and practices in building a strong foundation for our developing youths, for preventative measures and encouragement of proper health and fitness throughout their years.

 

Andy is a basketball coach and certified personal trainer. His fitness training style and basketball training style both emphasize attention to detail, well rounded-ness and progression. He believes in starting with the fundamentals and progressing to advanced movements at an appropriate pace.
