Your program is developed and devised by a doctor who specializes in Functional and Fundamental Movement Patterns, Neuro-Muscular practices, and Kettlebell Training, all of which is coupled by Personal Trainers with the specialty and expertise in strength, agility, speed, and conditioning training.
